Today, des and i (tog wif his friend and hers) went to help out half day @ Pasir Ris Park in an event called "Block the Sun, Not the Fun" picnic for this international school. it wasn't like work, i feel. cos when u see those kids (from nursery to K1 and K2)... they are jus super duper CUTE!!

this will be quite a long post... but worth ur time scrolling down the page. :)

first, we had to set up the hall by carrying and arranging the chairs. tables, props, mic, games station and prizes. then the kids arrive and took some time to settle down, go for toilet breaks.
then, the organizer cum host cum almost everthing, Dominic started with ice-breaking games.
then they broke into 3 groups to go to the beach, carnival games station and the playground.

anyway, she got a shock cos we din tell her when we are going.

b4 that, went to airport with des to look for jobs and eat.
sat on the bus (seats facing the opp direction of the bus movement) and kept getting the want to puke sensation. argg...

aft the proj show, went to dear's hse for dinner.
cos today not meeting him. he cant book out. gotta catch the wanted man.

reminded me of the email MOE secretary replied on my enquiry of some of the uni-s in s'pore.
(bold-ed the things he pointed out that made alot of sense to me)...

this morning, Recieved my final exams results via sms.
not too bad. :) hope my GPA is pushed up...

went to clear my sch email n saw this meaningful note from my lecturer attached with a beautiful clip.

went out with dear on sat. saw yunfang coincidentally and chatted all the way on the train.
wanted to go to Suntec IT show, but then he say so many ppl so we went MS to catch leap years.
upon reaching, we saw the queue. it was super long... so haven watch tt movie. other day lo.
so, we went to eat late lunch cum early dinner; "dim sum"!!

can see he quite tired. been busy in camp lately and cant call. this week he will be having all sorts of duty so cant book out. =( but nvm, i have psp to keep me company, presents yet to buy, etc...

spent the day doing meaningful things:
~spring cleaned my room
~threw some rubbish away (e.g last yr's calendar)
~wiped the windows
~washed the bear bestful gave me 5 yrs ago (or issit 6? lol =p), now its sitted by the window blowing wind. hope the fur dun become weird when its dry.
~mopped the floor


we celeb bro's bday in advance yest at home cos he and dad were home quite late.
he cut the cake and blew the candles by himself.
said he so ke lian celeb in sch cos got camp tis weekend.. =x
then we all played "da lao er" wif parents.
so funny lar, cos mum say she dunnoe how to play then still won.
whereas dad only won once as he said winning isn't impt, he wanted to keep us in the game. lol...
