happy 47th birthday, daddy!!!

celebration no.1:
on the eve of my dad's bday... we went to marina sq. my parents had a free hotel stay for a night redeemed with citibank pts. the hotel room is very comfy..gold n brown hues. i love their toilet. all mirrors around. even the back of the door.. haha.

next, we ate late lunch at almost 3pm in a mixed culture restaurant...

celebration no.2:
on the actual day.. we went to hougang to have porridge.
i din take rice or porridge, as i was too full from sam's bday surprise.. her mum had prepared 10 dishes.. =p

so i only ate the side dishes. i ate this whole plate of sweet n sour fish.. NOW,.. i tink i got food poisoning. i smell of "ru yi you(oil)".. yuck. but, my stomach is flat.. hehe. tts y i like diarrhoea. =x

i did tis "xin li che yan" i saw on this taiwan Tv show "hong se feng bao" on channel 54..
the tests interpret the theme of the day.. so yesterday's was on whether u are cheated easily.

the situation: you were attacked by an alien. the alien rob you of ur money and do all sorts of funny things and ran away. then, u went to the police station. you were asked to draw a picture of it.. so pls do it...

the interpretation:
EYE; the bigger, e more u are likely to be cheated by ppl..

NOSE; the bigger, e more defensive u are... n i have no defence -.- cos i din draw a nose.

MOUTH; the bigger, e more u are attracted to sexual interaction (and u ll be cheated in tt situation).. -_- not true ba..

EARS; the bigger, e more u love to hear gossip.

BODY FIGURE( as in if u draw hourglass/ boobs etc); you tink u are smart.. but u aren't.

omg,... i m so tired.
i never knew 3 packets of toilet rolls could be tt heavy, huh sam?! i carried it all e way home walking frm WSD in heels.. Terrible. terrible... its like geisha training.. *^.^*

a whole day of shopping at Chinatown and PS...

~this is funny... supposed to be in a frantic, as we took the mag out of the plastic to look at e contents.. then, this guy who seem to look like e manager walk by... then we tried to slot the mag in..

At Daiso, a $2 shop... initally we didn't tink of getting anything in ere... then we came across these boxes... and i went to get 2 baskets to put out stuff.. omg, went crazy over them... in the end,i was e one who bought the most items la.. they eliminated most iems after like 45 mins of shopping. esp DES, he got nearly nth at e end... and i got tempted by him to buy an umbrella, which i didn dare to tell my mum.. -.- go out n buy an umbrella?? des says it suits me... haa.. its sth like e transparent umbrella i m looking for, but tis is opaque white ( which is sensible for sunny days unlike the transparent one ).. v sweet...

~Happy 19th Birthday to Ah Kiam... hope u like your present! no-no, u MUST like ur present cos u wanted it.. aren't u touched i remembered? haha... but, its also thanks to u, tt i got four chances to take part in the Hello Kitty scooter lucky draw. IF,... if i really so lucky to get the scooter. then, i ll tink about it lo... haha. =p

went party world yest. made me more determined to do something this christmas. give a shot at recording studio, i'm dead serious guys! do think about it. we fix a date once we gather the info like prices and stuff... okie?! its something NEW ma.

spent a fruitful off day on friday at MS with some girl friends since sec sch... its such a pity some couldn't make it. ppl like joc, yun fang and yuqi. nvm, ere ll be another outing. =)

those who turned out are namely (based on photo below) -- peishan, qiqi, sam, janice, me, hwee ying, and adeline. in my opinion, adeline sort of shares some resemblence to an artist called "xia yi".. don't u tink so? maybe its camera effect ba...

~aha,.. then we went into Action City. me n qi got tis cute hp accessory. oh no, my hp is already overly decorated, how?! so i had to scarifice my previous 4keychains..=x lol..

after that, we walked to Suntec... planning to take neoprints. but, we couldn't find the shop. or there isn't one in suntec? haha.. its ok. since we have 2 cams amongst us.

on the way back home, janice entertained us by telling us some "ru hua" classic jokes like "xian nu bang" etc. our fave is "yi ke zhi" (one mole)... we were laughin like nobody's business.. and the other commuters were looking at us.. lol!

woah,... so i attended 2 bbq-s yest. YES! 2... n i couldn't eat much bbq food.. cos i had a sore throat. feeling better now. yay! so i can go party world tml.. but, luckily e first bbq is so health- conscious. we prepared bread, salad, and fruits..

the moment we stepped into A1131, Swoosh... 4 cams including mine started clicking away.
here u go...

~tuna flavoured bread... then we also have 2 other flavours namely the ham and cheese, & smashed egg with thousand island.. oishii. i like e egg one most!
