then, we rushed to help out in Chef Ho's cooking demo: Chicken and Vegetable Crepes.
it was yummi-licious and healthy. best of all, it was easy to cook. =)

i was there helping to do the salad presentation and then after that collect feedback from the consumers.

the response was overwhelming, though one plate cost $3. for me, quite filling. cos aft tt i ate alot of other things like fruits!! and pink guava juices.. hee.

after this week, one more week left in the kitchen, aww...
from today onwards, every monday is dedicated to gym!! treadmilled, recumbent biked, stretched my sides and biceps and triceps. lost more than 230 calories. -.- yay. feel much happier aft gym session with caleen n jenna. =) anyway, i think the weighing scale there has got problem. how could i have lost 1 kg when i haven been exercising. Lol!
