todays my birthday... had a wonderful time. but now quite late le. so i blog tml.

Sorry ppl… my com have had a bit of problem, so there are multiple copies of the same blog entries. Really sorry :[ hmm, yest was not v smooth although they say its ur birthday and u ll be luck and stuff.
No, it was not. HAP practical we had to collect our own urine as we are dealing with the excretory system. And we had a terrible test aft that. Then, I received my presents… (refer to “thank you” list). Next, SFP pract exam.. only one word for me. TERRIBLE. I am going to thank god if I passed the pract. Since I have said its terrible, tt means I wont want to go into the details. =)
After that, L4’s 3rd outing at TM. Wasn’t v v fun… we had no energy as our bags were quite heavy.. 2 lab coats and some notes. Yile and yijia went to watch “Charlie and the choco factory”, wan zi went home, yy went to meet mum to view “the maid”. That leaves me waiting for my mum and bro. went Espirt to buy a pair of jeans.
Then meet up wif zj, desmond, david, Kenny. But, to out surprise, we saw a lot of ppl… Mr. luo (qing ming), Rebacca, Adeline, Kian eng, Zoe, Qi and her sis, Hazwan, Azfar, Rahimah, Heidi, Lan hui, chai yun, Yile, Yijia, Cassandra, Cui wen etc. then qiqi joined us for dinner at Café Cartel and we ate the choco cake my mum bought there.
I love all the gifts! Zj’s virgo pendant. Qiqi’s necklace wif a heart pendant. L4’s belt, pink hair band, pink pouch. My classmates’s pink and purple teddy bracelet. Desmond, Kenny and david’s pink POOH tee etc… AND not to mention all the bday msges I received all day. Haha. It was fun but my hp was flooded and I cant bear to delete em away. =D

Parents aren’t at home; went JB to play golf and will be back tml. Bro’s in school.that leaves me alone. =)
During SPF lab, our group made scones and short crust pastry. Others did cupcakes, pancakes and burnt éclairs. Haha… It was fun rubbing salted butter into the all purpose flour. We made smiley faces on the scones (it’s round in shape; like biscuits). The result: very cute- looking smiley faces looking at you. But, it’s kinda salty when you bite into it. But, they were edible. I did not get an upset stomach. Then, our short crust pastry was behind time, haha. When we were doing the small open notes test, we had to go check on the pastry. It was a bit burnt as a result. But, it was crispy.
The formal presentation has ended… yay. Our feet hurt so much. Lucky I bought slippers. I did not do very well. I stumbled upon my words twice. Hmm, but we were really lucky as we had the least audience. The second group came late. And we did not get sabotage from the Arabian prince during the Q & A session. =D
After that ( 6.30pm), nearly the whole class attended the applied science studies club annual meeting (AGM). Heard can get 5 pts or sth. Then, yy went off at
6.45pmwith some effort as ere were 2 leaders in front. But, I doubt tt guy was stupid la. It was V obvious. Went home with Fiona and saw yy on bus.

Went to sch myself. Yy was late. So, I went off first as the HAP quiz was at 8amsharp.
Then we went to the library to trial run the presentation. Ate noodles for lunch.
After SFP lecture, a lot of ppl changed LT venue. Then, we were about to leave to go to the restroom. Hui qi suddenly came beside me and my slipper flew down 5 steps of the stairs. So embarrassing. But, luckily jin long was nearby. So, he helped me retrieve my “glass” slipper… haha =P
Jun jie, sin ee and myself went to NTUC to buy some stuff. Then we went to disturb mr poh cheng keong. Haha. Happy working keong. =)

Wee… good news ppl. I got into the TPSU (tp’s student union). So did yi le, wan zi, yy and Fiona. Haha =) but, someone named tobby toh got in too… wan zi’s “friend”. Then, we teased her non-stop. Hopefully, she doesn’t get into the same section as him. TPSU is divided into social, logistics, welfare, publications and one more which I couldn’t recall. I chose the first 2. But, ey might put u in other sections. So, I have to cross my fingers.
Today’s lunch was a bit special. We ate tom yam flavoured maggi mee. =) it’s brand is MAPLE TREE. Yuck. Only noodles, no crabmeat, veg or prawns. I still like MYOJO brand tom yam maggi mee best.
Today’s HAP tutorial test was terrible. 20 marks… and we all wrote rubbish. I am now waiting for my dad to fetch my mum n bro from Bedok. Ey went to grandma’s hse to make popiah. Argh.. formal presentation on Friday n we have yet to rehearse…
Oh, btw yq has discharged from hospital yest. But, he’ll have to rest at home. Zj and I went to visit him. We bought bird nest @WSD. Then, jun teck was supposed to meet us at the hospital. But, aft a while he didn turn up. Tink he might be sleeping ba.
Yest night, my family went to hougang for dinner. Then, ere’s this little boy who came out from nowhere. He kept following us. Haha. At first, I teased my bro, asking if tt was his friend. Who knows… the little boy ran round my dad and me in circles. Then, he would stop and look back at me. So, I hid behind my dad. Haha =) stewpid huh. The whole ordeal lasted for 8 mins…
Okay, have to stop here. I still have a HAP quiz tml. Wish me luck =D

I had a long and tiring day… I just came back from bedok pool… the mosquitoes( 15 to be exact) had a great feast(= me). Haha. I swear I bathe before leaving home after delivering pizza to pck. My bro reckons that was because I ate bananas. =D it’s A piece of ino he found in his science mag. Took taxi home, and the taxi driver was so nice. He even asked if we wanted to lower the temp of the air-con.
My voice is worse now. I have a formal presentation coming up next Friday…oh no.. I will recover latest by mon. yea, that will do. CCN day was a success for us compared to others. But, it left some of us moody as well. People going off, not doing their job, disagreements etc. but, it is supposed to be like that isn’t it?
The
floats were sellable, only problem was that there weren’t enough ice and the ice box did not keep the ice cream frozen. So, we had to sell float with half-melting ice cream. Haha.
Twisties with cheese dips is so hard to sell. quite little twisties and the dip was quite yucky according to the ppl who tried. Wan zi, yile and me had to go around “persuading” the customers to buy. Our reputation is spoilt already. Strategy: 1. We tackled our friends (sec, pri). 2. bombard guys who are alone, y guys? Cos the girls won’t buy de, unless they are your friends. However, we felt bad as the food wasn’t that fantastic. We are doing this for charity. We will not pocket the profit, so don’t worry. One incident special enough to publish here: it happened when we were selling the last two boxes of twisties. This guy was looking at the twisties on our tray, not us (I guess)… and then I approached him and asked if he was interested to buy. He actually took one box and tried it. With some “persuasion”, he drew out $2 from his wallet and dumped it on our tray. Well, that’s okay. After that, he even asked us to remember him cos he bought things from us. So freaky, it’s that look on his face. Yuck..
last but not least,
pizzas. Was alright, but I totally agree with keong that the garlic bread was much nicer. Hehe =) I wanna thank zj, pei shan, lee bing, jia yuan, yao ming, yi jia “fang zhu ming” look-alike and the rest (ppl from RADON, strangers who were forced by me and wanzi; so sorry. But, it’s for a good cause) who bought food from us. THANK YOU!
