today's Catering tech pract was successful as usual.
L4 was in charge of making chicken n corn soup which tasted fabulous. no kidding or exagerating. =)

other yumi-licious dishes included baguette("qiam tao lo ti"), curry chicken w POTATO, carrots n long beans, veggie (red plus green pepper, carrots n baby corn wrapped with fried wan ton and finally mango pudding w mixed fruits like honeydew, grape, peach n cherry. ~woohoo


APEL lesson was fun. arm wrestled with yile while wanzi was the observer(keep track of score). haha!! result: 0-0 so tough!! we bearly moved. heyhey, we have strong arms k. *^.^*
then we went to the library after tt.
to look for italian baked pdts recipe.


hmm,.. so tml cant go kbox as yile n yy is working, sunday blading is cancelled as yile has to go to church. now,... left sam to date me out.. haha...
