this is what we do for Fpqap (Food Preservation and Quality Assurance Practical ) Lab.
twice a week we did tis... apple chips extended shelf life plus vacuum pack.

tt explains why i have been going to ntuc fp to get lemons... for each session we need at least 6 lemons.. plus we are adding honey for it to taste better.

i m starting to envy these apple slices... cos they ll be sauna-ing in honey n lemon hot bath for like 3 mins only... n we'll pour away the mixture...

~ dunnoe why this pack became wet n soggy... maybe the sealing wasn't tight enough..

~this batch's a bit burnt.. but, we can do a moisture or water activity test on them.

quite troublesome if u ask me... cos 2 labcoats is really heavy. dun believe, ask yy. haha. =)

yest's dinner went well,... fab didn't turn up in the end... so disappointing, cos he was the one who asked cheryl to org meet up session. jenny brought jolin(her daughter) along. =)

we ate at the hawker beside fishing pond. the talks are mainly revolving around one topic, Army.. as wei lu is in it now... (fragment consider revising).

reason being, u can be brain dead but, u can stay alive by relying on machines.

L4 except yile bought this pot of plants @ sch... haha. abit crazy uh?! cost only 6 bucks... it blooms pink flowers. =) imagine we buy this pot walk all over sch. to take lunch and aft tt play badminton.. haha.

do u recall the incident i blogged bt last wk. abt the malay lady who was metally unstable. then, the civil defence broke into her room by the windows, she was "tied up" (according to see hua and her mum as they happened to see it) and sent to the hospital. at tt time, there was a christian funeral at the multi-purpose hall.

then she told me abt another incident tt happened at her level on fri morn.. a 32 yr old man commited suicide by hanging himself. so sad...

mum saw a lady crying at the void deck...

2 funerals continously.. hmm.

went to ex-pariss, it's renamed as family international buffet.

don't tink we'll (david, kiam, pck, jun xuan and fab) org eating outing there next time. sakae sushi experience was much better. but, winnie was telling me TM doesn't have much variety. those branches in town are better. cooks at every branch also different, so... maybe ours is new chef?! well,.. plenty of reasons. but, first lower-than-average impression does matter A LOT.
