yesterday was Hex's (kenny, des, david, sam, yuqi) outing...
went to watch this free movie premiere : across the Universe @ the Cathay...

its a romance and freedom musical. quite abstract.
some parts quite lame too. theres this tall thin ugly blue creatures (i will go find e pic! lol) tt were dancing in one scene.

i laughed till i teared. lol.

~nice subway dinner w/ the guys and gals.

and coincidentally, we were on level 6 lobby 6, we had 6 tickets to e 6th cinema theatre

~as usual, first pic i closed my eyes. =p

these few days dear on the road, driving around tamp area. but i din see his vehicle.

i did spotted 2 but the car plate din match the one he told me he was on.

nvm, tml seeing him le. =)

first time ever since we started MP...

tired of taking the processes, so here are the final products. :)
while in the FPP (get a glimpse of our food pilot plant), i spotted yile and wanzi doing eir MP too.

yest was FSM lab one (4 hrs!).

everyone tried cooking their own dishes...

the pad thai is very nice!! i love rice noodles.

~our failed desserts which leaked out: banana cones
so we consider changing it to banana boats.

~the only guy in our class BAKED this "lemon tart".

looks nice but its awfully sour. consider squeezing lime n lemon into ur mouth.. tts how i felt. lol.

Monday, our MP day.
we went back to alexandra hospital ourselves...

and we did quite a good job! =)

~Asian style veggies and tang hoon (my fave)

Sweet & sour... (still struggling on how to name it)

Hokkien Mee ( =x all our complement dishes sux)

Four treasure curry (need to tone down on spiciness)

Thai chili tofu (too sweet for a tofu dish)

Tofu nuggets (its taugua actually, too salty... yewl)

Sunday was mini Surprise birthday party for des! N yess, it was a SUCESS!!
i din go to work for u k. haha...
while we were waiting for ppl to gather at his hse, took some photos.

~near to 1.15pm, we vacated frm his hse along with our shoes.

then we spotted desmond frm the corridor several mins later and des' dad called kenny when he went to e bathroom.

quickly and quietly we crept back to his hse and hid in his room...

~then, TADA!

after tt, i went off first to catch a movie with dear as Yile gave me free complimentary passes.

happy 19th birthday desmond!

kiam came my hse on sat and we worked on desmond's last present.

after which, we went to have dinner at changi village with his family to celeb aunty and uncle's wedding anniversay... they celeb every year. tts so sweet!!

the theme is spider web spun close to a flower and it attracted a butterfly, and a snail.

Part 2-- Des advanced bday dinner

~before kenny came, we were a little hungry thus we went to Mac for desserts

~a mudpie and 2 oreos

~i koop-ed this frm des.. =x so nice!

decided to eat at Pizza Hut.

the sambal fiesta set for 4!

and as u can see, the sambal seafood pizza is really spicy (filled with chili and its seedS)

next, we went to the carpark and got into kenny's new car.

its so small and cute!

~as the night was still young (20:17), we went "exploring"...

1st stop: Seletar Airport

anyway, previous post i said my fri timetable from 9am onwards...
i was Wrong!! my lab start at 8 not 9...
prepare to recieve warning letter le. lol. told my mum so she wont get a shock. hehe.

Sam and i went to wsd, hougang plaza and finally Vivo, to get all his 19 presents...
